@Microsoft Build has been the place of all those huge awesome announcements but something that is still a way off. This tome it looks like a lot of it is already here and practical.
The biggest surprise for people who do not know may be the Linux binaries running in Windows. Not as a vm but actually as a part of the OS. Check out the article for more.
The Hololens is insane and going to make a huge difference. From reports the first range has already been sold out.
The Cortana updates and conversation features will be a huge hit as Microsoft establishes and develops it. The one warning here is that it does sound a bit like AI being baked into apps.
There are some other things here that will blow you away with the innovation that Microsoft is working on.
