It’s been nearly 30 years since I last did this but this time I am not doing for myself, but with my brothers! It is a bit daunting but at the same time exciting to know that we are going to be swimming together and making a team effort. Our team consists of Nemo, Whale, Swordfish and Dolphin. Each swimmer with their own unique style and talent! It’s going to be great fun preparing for this great victory.
Here is a person who has been there and back again and testifies to the world about a God who is still able to make changes in people’s lives.

As the article says, not a surprising move. This is a HUGE carrot to any person or company both big an small. It also makes BYOD down to a far easier and more usable frontier. This is going to mark a HUGE change to people.

Sometimes we get so bogged down and stuck with the day to day life that we tend to forget about having some fun in our lives, but even that can be a drudge because we seem to equate all our joyous moments with spending huge amounts of money or doing something super special. Here is a list of some basic things that cost us nothing and will bring joy into your day like you cannot believe and remind us that sometimes it is not always about what we spend that brings joy, but the simple things that we already have in our lives that we are over looking because we are just too busy doing the do.
I remember the line from the movie “Ferries Buller’s Day Off”, “Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in a while you might miss it.”.
Every once in a while the universe aligns to produce a creative idea that benefits humanity so profoundly that they stop in awe and gasp. This may not be one of those moments, but it does combine two sports that I love. Surfing and Golf. Now I just need to figure out how to get enough money to get one of these for my next game of golf!

Many people are not aware of the @Microsoft Garage department which spend a lot of time and energy inventing and innovating ideas and projects that are for both in house and external applications. Every one in while some of those apps become available to us the public. IT just so happens that they are not just stuck to @Microsoft products in fact they use anything they can get their hands on. Check out the recently released Tourque @Android application.
Look out for the “Mouse Without Borders” app which I found by accident a few years ago. This app was being used in house and was designed by the Garage team and they liked it so much that they released it to the public. It allows you to use your mouse or keyboard on any connected PC as if it was on that actual PC. So you could have three different PC’s in front of you, but with this app you only need one mouse and keyboard and it will work seamlessly across all those machines. You can even drag and drop files between them.

Gone are the days of minions and hiring henchmen, now you just need a bunch of gadgets and a tablet.
I love these classic cars. This is a thing of beauty. Gone are the days of grace and silver trim where beauty is the requirement and the first choice. A time when quality is not a choice, but the minimum require. Nothing compares to this. To this day, @Porsche still put great quality into everything they make. I met a man at a petrol station who was standing next to his Porsche and he said to me that when I look at things in life I should look for quality.

Remember the old @StarTrek movies with Voyager where you could go into a “Holo-Deck” room and holograms get created that allow you to play out various scenarios and learn how to do stuff? @Microsoft have just released video footage of students doing exactly that. they have turned a normal living room into a “Holo-deck” using prejection cameras and Kinect motion sensors. This is a HUGE jump into a new future, not just for home users, but for so many other applications. Can you imagine the ability to use this to learn how to do real life work on big machinery or even to train students in other areas where they may not normally have the money to go?
