How often do you get this type of problem where you are over loaded with emails that are badly written and constantly being asked to clarify things. I think that this article should be mandatory for anyone who switches on a connected device. If we all use these basic rules and treat each other like people in our communications we will start to see less junk and more substance in our social media.
