Thank you again to all who attended last night. It was an awesome evening around Workflows and the discussions were very valuable to everyone. Once again, thank you Andre for presenting the topic and our venue sponsors, thank you. Our discussion last night moved through the Workflows in SharePoint and covered everything from the out the box workflows to the super Visual Studio high end designed workflows. We looked at where each of these have their place in the work environment. Andre showed us several pro’s and con’s to each of these different types of workflows. There was a good description on how to create a “Machine State Workflow”, which almost everyone could use in their work place. We also had some discussions about what types of workflows people are using in their different environments. Andre suggested that we change our meeting from the next one to a Tuesday night and start at 17h00, this would make it a lot easier for us all to attend and get home at a reasonable hour. Most people seemed to agree with this, but we would like your feedback. Our next meeting will be on 7 June at 16h45 for 17h00 and we are looking for a new speaker. Please remember that we have now officially opened the door to anyone who is interested in helping to manage or even run this group. This group is not about Andre and I, it is instead about the SharePoint community as a whole and we want to see what you would like to input or gain out of this.
