It all begins with the butternut and cous cous. Cut the butternut, feta, tomato, celery, miniola, apple into mini cubes or pieces. Add your cous cous, garlic and herb, ginger, cracked pepper. Mix all together and serve as is. Whichever ingredient you have more of will become the prominent flavour, so keep it simple.Maybe a touch of lime or some lemon rind bits will add a different twist.
